Not a direct answer to your question, but have you been formally diagnosed? If not, I highly recommend that you do this. My effort would have been wasted had I not been diagnosed and discovered a therapist to treat my specific condition:) I only know about Inner Solutions, but I think they may specialize specifically in DBT therapy, so it may not be right for you.
