Clink 78 Hostel is within walking distance (10-15 mins) of Electrowerks and about 10 mins walk from Kings Cross Station. Pretty good prices too, I've stayed there a few times and like most hostels its functional but not the Ritz. http://www.clinkhostels.com/

Yes I stayed at Jurys Inn last time and probably will again. But I think it is more like 130 per room.
