Your're telling me Swale Heating are a joke. Dec 2015 I called out an engineer to fix my boiler as they are contractors for East Kent Housing and he went into my kitchen and slapped a prohibition notice on my gas cooker due to some oil blocking the altermatic cut off when lid closed. Wasn't here for annual gas check but he met his targets.
