Charles Bainbridge are excellent. Avoid Wards. Undervalued and useless with lettings too . Miles and Barr best avoid too in my view.

I will second Laura Page at Page & Co. Over the years I have dealt with Mann, Regal and Miles & Barr. Sometimes I despair at how inefficient they are. As a new company Page & Co go the extra mile and I can thoroughly recommend them.

Ward and partners took awful photos and over priced my parents house. Asked for photos to b retaken and they refused to retake them. Because my brother was pushing for a sale above the ceiling point for the road they wouldn't reduce the price.

Avoid Regal Estates. They refuse to give anything more than a 12 month lease, with £75 renewal fees. Extortionate!
