Muddybumbikes sometimes have trade ins, otherwise http://www.cycletrainingwales.org.uk/cardiffcycleworkshop/ have pre loved bikes, they restore/rebuild them and you get a 3 month warranty too, generally the bikes are pretty cheap, but there are some good ones too, as the police send them bikes too
