Dr Dill in Carlisle...I'd even go with you. I really need an adjustment. He really takes his time and uses heat (makes you want to fall asleep lol). I have went to him since I was a little kid.

I'd say it depends on what you're going for. I love Casses Chiropractic in Carlisle. My entire family goes there for general chiropractic care. But if you're going for something specific, such as carpal tunnel, I'd highly recommend Dr. Mark Olivetti in Mechanicsburg. He specializes in ART, which is a special technique to treat things such as carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, etc.

Dr Dil in Carlisle. It's in Carlisle yes, but so worth the drive. He really cares and will try many different methods to get you to adjust. He uses heat towels and it's so relaxing! He is really friendly and easy to converse with and his family is super nice!
