I have been to several in the Charleston area (even one listed above) and I've found the absolute best chiropractor-- he is absolutely amazing...Dr. Stamegna 881-1242. He's located off of Chuck Dawley in Mt. pleasant, but trust me, he is a miracle worker and worth the 10 minute drive. He's also into holistic medicine and is able to treat the root causes of many problems. Anyhow, love him!
