Apple cider vinegar, too, especially, if you're taking pain meds (help to detox kidneys and liver). I meant Dr Zhou is acupressure on feet. He works miracles. Also, any ant inflammatory remedies like friend mentioned earlier is key. I use Dr Edmiston st Om Spa for chiropractor. I also do lots hot Bikram yoga
