@Lynn Keegan - actually had appointments at CKD today and had to wait over an hour to be called back for their cleanings, only to find that there were 4 empty chairs and FIVE available techs standing around. Then had to wait an additional 45 minutes for Dr. Malley to come spend a cumulative five minutes with both of my children. Grrrrrr.

Bird Pediatric Dentistry. No offense, but we had a horrible experience at Ballantyne Pediatric. Dr. Scott & his assistant were very aggressive & "threatened" my then 4 & 2 yr old that "Mommy is going to leave if you don't let us do this". I was in the dental field for 13 years & this is NOT the way to get a child to let you clean their teeth. You go by their Q's & ease them into it. My girls & I both love Dr. Bird & her staff!

Dr. Malley in Mint Hill is beyond wonderful. I wasn't treated too kindly at Y&P. Never went past the from desk. YOUNG & POLITE ( Waxhaw ) Dr. Young !! My 3 yr old was seen today sat still for a cleaning and a check up watched frozen left with a toothbrush (2) a duck, bracelet, toothpaste, floss, punched card for toys and wanting her next appt . Very clean and great with kids .

Yes, that was exactly our issue. Dr. Long was condescending, rude and impatient with my super sensitive, worried child. NO Good!!!!!! Dr. Ferrel's office was patient, respectful, kind, and there's tvs over every chair, haha.

We've been all over town (needed 2 nd opinions for one of the triplets preemie teeth issues). Stay far away from charlotte pediatric dentistry. We are now at ballantyne Ped dentistry (Scott Weinstein). Love him. Laxer long seemed good too.
