We had the EXACT same experience there! We have found a wonderful place to have our car work done. Trustworthy, Christian owner and we will never go anywhere else! ProTech Automotive on Hixson Pike just past Big Ridge Road. The handle on the back of my Yukon was broken so we couldn't open the back door and the Chevrolet dealership gave me an estimate of $850 and ProTech fixed it for $190!!! Angela Karnes might want to give Highland Plaza Exxon a try sometime. Their mechanic is top notch and has been there for years. It is owned by Jim and Greg Forester and they are honest, reliable and reasonable. Recently got a quote from Honda Dealer on Mary's van for some work that was going to be $900.00. Greg did it for $350.00. I have used them for years. They stand behind their work.
