Aishwarya Ravi if you are willing to bring your pet to Chennai then I would blindly recommend Dr. Thanigai Vel. He's our family Vet and the best. I recently adopted an 8 year old Labrador with similar condition as he was abandoned by his owner. Now he's on Safe heart and Cardiostrength tablets and his condition is much stable when compared to last few months. If you need any help please do contact us. And that's Lucky, our old man.
