Hi! I work for a plumbing supply store in your area. So I know a lot of the plumbers and HVAC people in the area. Davis is a good choice. My stepdad also does repairs on the side if you're looking for someone who doesn't work for a company. Action plumbing is also very good. They hire very solid people there and their workers are treated well. Their HVAC service is limited though, you'd have to call and ask about your issue. I wouldn't go with Horizon, Hutchinson, or any other "large" company.

SK Heating and AC has been very dependable, reasonably priced, and I trust them thoroughly.

As a contractor I used to hire L. E. D. Mechanical for most of my HVAC sub contractor jobs. They're reliable and do a good job.

Rubino has always been fair to us. They're in Voorhees, but would go to Cherry Hill.

They were able to see me the next day for a routine maintenance call, when Horizon scheduled me almost 4 weeks later. Family owned and operated. They were really honest and upfront, and didn't pressure me to get the recommended repairs done, saying they needed to be done eventually, but I could wait a few months to put the money aside to do them.

I have no idea whats wrong with your unit but just a heads up that about 90% of the time your ac is not working is either due to the contact switch or a blown capacitor. Both parts cost less than $50 and are simple to replace.
