With the second posting, I am not so sure about coupon offers for rehab? I would ask if they take TRICARE. They should accept insurance. I worked for National Fitness Institute in DC and they used MEDX and did accept insurance. You just never know.

Russ or Lisa at Results Physiotherapy. At home I use my lacrosse ball and roll out my neck and shoulder blades. Also use foam roller. Both have helped my back and neck. I am sure my chiropractor is missing me:)
