Spinning babies is a good resource. There are a few osteopaths about but Im not sure about chiropractor. Acupuncture and moxibustion can have an effect too. Cheryl O'Reilly may be able to help here.

I've just had two seasons of acupuncture on my sciatica while 7 months pregnant. Hobbled in on first session and walked out normal, was/is amazing. Went to Herbal Inn in Blackburn Mall opp Superdrug.
