The Holiday Inn express is the only place I would stay in Cocoa, we did rent a house once through VRBO or HomeAway. Most of the time we rent a condo on Cocoa Beach. Born and raised in Cocoa and visit every year. Except for Cocoa Village area and River Road, it has really declined.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express by I95 for our RHS reunion last June. It was pretty nice. I would stay there again.

Have you tried Win Housing? I dont know much about it but it is mentioned in one of the group files. When I look for it their web page does not connect but google shows their address at the facebook group below. It was the only one I saw for adult couple. If you have children please post and I will look at the other resources. If you have access look in files at top if page for other possibilities.
