Word of mouth helps!!! Tell us WHO the is Dealership!! Others will think twice about buying from them! I once I sat quietly and waited until the show room was busy and confronted the manager. The more he refused the louder I got. I said you realize all these people can hear how I'm getting treated and I hope they think agin before they buy from you!!! Customers walked out. When he threatened me with slander and deformation I said awesome lets go!!! You'll have to prove it to the judge! (small claims court) We did settle you my satisfaction! My car was supposed to come with a multi disc CD when my car came in it had a single disc. Are you military? report them and they can be banned from dealing with the military! There are Cars dealers, Bars, Rental shops and more on the black list!
