I used Care.com when I lived in Orlando and had a wonderful experience. I had two babysitters I found on there and they were both amazing. I love the format of the site and that the background checks are already taken care of.

I don't know if Delores Alexander has any openings but she is one of the best. Zach was with her until we moved to Knoxville. She was great! We still talk about Lorcie. She has a licensed in-home day care, no more than 7 children I think.

We found our full time nanny on care.com. We did our own background check and called all of her references, and she's been amazing. She started part time when Viv was 7 weeks and went full time about a month ago and I'm super happy with her.

Connie Brown, she watches my little one. I would recommend her to anyone. She is a in home daycare, licenced, sweetest ever, older lady but not a granny that couldn't keep up. She has been watching mine for almost 4 Months and I couldn't be happier. Her hours are from 7 - 5.... But she can work with anyone's schedule.
