Obstetricians/Gynecologists (OBGYN) in Columbia, TN

My old group is great and they deliver at the Baptist & Centennial. My doctor left the practice thought so you would have to pick someone else in the office, but I have heard great things about the other doctors too. I think this is the number, but you might want to confirm that Dr. Smallwood used to be there :)- (615) 301-1000.

I had Dr Phillips with both of mine but she was there every visit with the first one and I only seen her once with my second and she delivered Noah and Dr Davis delivered Aubrey.

I had Dr. Kuykendall for my pregnancies he always was very helpful and I felt relaxed with him since he had been doing it so long. I was a worry wart and he would give me a lot of info on what I was worried about so it'd put me at ease. Dr kurtz delivered Jordan (the little boy who's birthday you came to lol) since my Dr was out of town. I was skeptical at first since I hadn't ever met him but he did great and stayed long enough to pose for a picture I recommend both of them but I did always have a long wait with Dr. Kuykendall (it didn't help that I was usually late....) good luck! & congrats!!

Skye, I go there and have Dr. Whitten. And she is AWESOME! ask if you can have her if they won't let you change to a different place. She's soooo good and super nice!

I've always loved WHG! Depending on your Dr..some are rude and don't know what they are doing. I personally love Dr Whitten and her nurses

Dr. Kurtz is amazing!!! I would recommend him to anyone! But I have had a few issues with the lady who is the receptionist for insurance reasons, try to talk to someone else or just go in there and talk to them.

Skye, Kurtz is my Dr for this round & I highly recommend you go and talk to them about how this is your first pregnancy & you want the best . he's amazing ! & he's going to deliver this baby even though I moved to Minnesota a few days ago . all you have to do is bring your previous records to his office & they will take you in . I have tenncare also . I'm 17 weeks, so its best if you go now because they offer you the best of everything ! Promise I have their number too if you need it?

Dr Kurtz is literally the BEST doctor Ever I really hope you get to switch to him you'll NOT regret it!

When I have any questions about that stuff I always call the Family Assistance Service Center 866-311-4287. They are very helpful and will answer your questions or point you in the direction of who can help you. I know this is who you call to get your address changed, or change the Doctor's name on your insurance card. They can give you a list of all of the doctors that accept your insurance too. Hope this helps.

Well I called dr Kurtz office and they told me I couldn't switch to him..

I switched to Dr Kurtz from my first doctor! that dosebt make any sence!

Plus she's our age and totally relates to you. She just had her first baby not long before I had Chesney. She wasn't my dr. originally, I had Dr. Davis who is in the same office loved her too she's been doing this forever. But she was in Africa on a mission trip for the last part of my pregnancy and when I went in to labor! Either one would be great but Dr. Marchman was our favorite. Ashlee is seeing her too and Kuykendall was always hers in the past.

Plus Dr. Marchman takes the time to talk to you and genuinely show she cares which is a plus especially since they are such a busy office! she doesn't just rush you in and out like some doctors I've seen.

Dr Kurtz in Columbia is awesome! He delivered Emma and Dillon and works with high risk.

That's Stupid. Does Dr. Kurtz Take Amerigroup? It's Not On The List Of Obgyns That Take My Insurance That The Health Department Gave Me.

I go to Dr. Chuck & he takes very good care of me! I've miscarried twice so he has me come in 2 xs a month to make sure everything still ok.. but that's my opinion. & his nurses are very sweet & gentle!!

The Woman I Talked To At His Office Today Seemed Really Sweet But I've Never Heard Much About Him. I'm Gonna' Go To The Place That My Sister And My Best Friend Went To.
