I know you are asking for a place in town, but if you can make the trip IUPUI has a School of Dentistry where they offer patient services. Since it's setup so that graduate students are doing all the work the rates are pretty low. Might be worth checking out?

I’m currently sitting in Dr. Clark Brewers office. He’s amazing and is very conservative in treatment. They will work with you. Family run company. His sister is the hygienist. His other sister used to run the front office.
