I just want to say, we called him after calling 4 other plumbers that never showed up or called back. He said he had to check a job the next day and would let us know when he could come. He did. He explained to me on the phone what it would probably take. And it did. He was here two hours, counting going to Lowe's for parts. He was a perfect gentleman to my wife. He probably saved me more $200 water bills. He is the plumber I will call from now on. I called and left a message at Barker Brothers. No call. a week later I called and they said they never got the message. No call. I called a week later and they said they lost the note and would call me back soon and set a time. Almost two weeks later, still no call. Then we called another local who returned the call after Andy was done. And we had a set appointment for 4:00 one day before I called Andy. They called at 3:55 and said it might be a day or two. I understand busy. I understand frozen pipes. I understand liars too. At least call and let someone know what's going on.
