Cheapest place I know is Bright Stars on Clayton Rd by Park n Shop but they have had a lot of complaints filed against them over the year. I think they are $150 a week per kid and might give sibling discounts. Finding something for 2 kids under $1000 is going to be quite impossible for quality care
