You then leave a review about them after the job is complete.

We got screwed around a bit by BCIC a few years back for a rental exit clean in Bentley. They mostly did the work but they charged us for a full day and were only there for three hours and then when the estate agent had issues with some or the work, they refused to go back and finish the job. I don’t think they’re a scam company and the folks doing the work we’re very friendly - but the management were generally unhelpful and were looking to get away with the bare minimum.

One of the dodgiest companies ever. Took our money immediately, then went radio silent. No one ever answered any phones and only after half a dozen emails and voicemails were left for them, they finally got back to us midday of the day they were booked for, saying the cleaners were on the way. Speaking with the actual cleaners, it'd only been subbed out to them noon that day. It felt like they never intended to send anyone until we started pestering them.
Them they never did the carpet clean we paid for either and again never responded to any emails or phone calls. Eventually I did a charge back since after 2 weeks they still hadn't refunded the carpet cleaning, and that's when it got REALLY interesting - they threatened to sue me! Took a month or more but eventually got the carpet cleaning fee back.
Their registered address is a gold coast mail forwarding service. Why are so many dodgy scam businesses run from the gold coast...?

We use https://www.icleanperth.com.au/ for the fortnight cleaning of our sharehouse and are happy with the service, they also do end of lease cleaning, not the cheapest but they bring everything and do a good job.
