Dependant on the age of your kids and what time of year you are wanting to go would decide my recommendation on the most suitable ship. The Royal Caribbean ships are only here from late Nov to April each year, Carnival have 2 ships out of Sydney, and the P&O Dawn is getting an extreme makeover to include waterslides to be launched late next year. Royal Carbibbean's biggers ships like Explorer and Voyager of the Seas have more for kids including flowrider and ice skating rinks.
