My nurse practitioner is marvelous!!!! As far as I know she is still taking on new patients. She is at the college in Cornwall and is affiliated with Dr.Ronald Trembley. Her name is Khristie Thompson. She beats any doctor I've been too.:)

That's just awful! That's just pain abuse, no one should have to expereince this at a place that should promote a healthy environment. Get a petition with a formal complaint and get her out of there, wife or not, she has no right to be abusive, and you should not be looking for another doctor becasue of her. We are new here so I know it's very hard to find a family dr. but try DR. Ibrahim at 613-935-6414,she is new here and very good. And her secretary is very nice. Also call the better business bureau and report it, they may also e able to point you in the right direction to file a complaint against her.

I've been struggling for 2 years now with that exact problem. I've been doing physio, chiro and massage therapy and I went from spending most of my time in bed to now being able to stand up most of the time but still limited with range of motion or stamina. The people who have helped me out the most were: -Dr. Joel Leger at Spine Care Plus at 1100 Pitt St, Cornwall, ON K6J 3S7 -John Guay RMT at McIntosh massage therapy at 109 York St, Cornwall, ON K6J 3Y9 Hope you can get some much needed help! It's not easy but they've helped me out the most so far in terms of getting back on my feet and moving again.

Try putting in an application at Seaway Valley Health Centre (Pitt and 4 th). There's a waiting list to get in but they might take you sooner depending on the severity of your situation. The care they give there is excellent
