We're currently using Akela because their service plan included all of Terminix' services PLUS the lawn pellet treatment without an additional charge. Which is necessary if you have pets and young children playing in the grass. Both Akela and Terminix have friendly reliable service but Terminix is getting too big for their britches and courtesy is starting to suffer.

Alright Rick Hart....not sure if my AC is broken or just running slowly because of these outrageous temps? It seems to work for a few hrs after I turn it off for a while. Then it still blows cool air, but barely anything is coming out of the vents during the prime heat hours! Jim Cheryl Morgan....any tips? Wish you lived closer since you are our. Mr. fix-it Papa!!!

I know people who let Tokay geckos loose in their house to manage the bugs and spiders. A natural solution for pesticides is diatomaceous earth. It won’t hurt the birds or reptiles.
