what chiropractor do you see? I would highly recommend Spinal Wellness Center of Ithaca. They use an different technique than most chiropractors, which is much better for your spine. I would still be going there if I had health insurance. You should at least check them out!

I have been going to Back to Health Chiropractic center in Cortland. so far they have me doing these exercises to get the disc back into place, they also adjust my neck, and have me using ice every hour for 10 minutes, and I take 800 mg of ibuprofen every 8 hours, starting to feel better, but it is still there.
