I would recommend Grifis Heating and Air in Auburn. They installed my unit in 2001 and have serviced it every year since. I have also called them in on a major holiday (Thanksgiving) for my furnace and they showed up before 5:00 pm and didn't charge a arm and a leg to fix my problem. They are reputable and fair on the prices.... Only certified techs and assistants work for them.

I called Bobs Heating today and the gal was short and rude....we are booked out 10 days right now. I was like wow....thanks. Every other place I called I got great customer service and sympathy. We have a guy coming tomorrow. Customer service goes along way with me so Bob's is off my list for future repairs.

I used city transfer from Kent..Ron Anderson is a senior sales rep and friend. He can do bids for furnace heat pump... I can find roofers via Brutsche who has the Washington roofing supply company.
