Cherie Bosma, don't waste your time or money on anyone but Kurt Peltzer.......I have a few horror stories to tell you of attempts of fixing my furnace with huge bills..it was the unfixable furnace and I lived without heat for nearly 2 winters. I used alternate heat source such as gas fireplace etc. Finally Kurt came and looked at it and I believe he was the 4 repair man that we called and he found the problem almost immediately.
