Cross Fit in Crystal Lake has a Sunday at 9 am drop in class with a fantastic instructor. Great way to try it out without a membership.

I HIGHLY recommend Pauline Young at Centegra on Doty Rd in Woodstock. I've been to several physical therapists and no one compares to her.
