I am not sure of charity work or monthly payments, but I love Dr. James Golden at Golden Dental Center on Bethelview. He does not take insurance and so his costs are incredibly reasonable. He is a sole practitioner, not part of a chain, and so he can keep his costs low.

She can get Care Credit if she has a steady job. It's really the best way. If you pay it off promptly, the interest isn't that much.
