I do termite work, however cheapest may not be the best option, I do liquid treatments only, bait stations are not recommended, but I'm very competitive in prices for a full, comprehensive post construction termite treatment.. Average cost is between $800-$1200 and annual renual to keep it under a warranty is only $150-$195/yr.. You need to look up the upfront costs and then check also to see what the annual renual costs are as well to see which will be the better value in years to come as well.
