what area your business will be? imho, you'd better do the zoning check by yourself. for instance your business in Badung area, you go to Dinas Penanaman Modal Badung Regency in Mengwi. there is one room available for informal zoning checking (cek intip) and it is free but they just give you a peek. look for the commercial part of zoning area. they will be very helpful providing you information. if necessary, bring your staff to help you communicate with pemda staff. after you know where business area is, you can find the office
