I can also highly recommend Pascal at Bodywise at Jl Sunset just near Swiss Hotel. They are professional and really know what they are doing, they have various treatments and will work out the right one for you. I had a combo of massage and acupuncture for a neck problem. He has helped many i know with many issues through massage and his healing strength. They are not always in bali and i dont know if he does "house calls" but u could call and ask. Most of the staff speak english (a bit.... slowly)
