The only other gym I know of with childcare is LifeTime Athletic on Hickman but they are expensive.

We only pay $65/mo at Fitness World for TWO ADULTS. Talk with Chris (manager) he works with people on their situation. Also, they have a Groupon/LivingSocial a lot of times as well!
