Dentists in Eagle Mountain, UT

My children and I both go to Dr. Hart(dentist) and we have always had great experiences!

This is just my opinion; I am not trying to slam any physician. We have seen Dr. Ngatuvai several times, but prefer Dr. McMannus (see my previous post). To us, Dr. Ngatuvai seemed a little "too textbook" in his diagnosis. Also, in that same office ( Premier Family Medical in Lehi) our main physician is Dr. Toran MacArthur. I would go to him til the day I die. Love that man and he is beyond great when it comes to spending time with you and considering what is going on with your health issues. But here's where I have to share our experience. Premier Family Medical's office staff and medical assistants constantly have dropped the ball on completing orders made by the physicians there. A lot. And we have often had to wait 10 minutes or more (last month I literally was on hold to speak to someone for 27 minutes -- and that was being on hold just for them to answer the phone when I was #7 in queue). That office, in our experience, has gotten too big for it's own shoes and they are not able to keep up. They forget to place orders for prescriptions, don't respond to pharmacy requests for refills, they don't call you with referral appointments the doctor has ordered, etc. Sometimes they get it right, but over the past year it's been a bear. I am just sharing my family's experience (and my kids are now adults and use that office and have the same personnel issues). Every physician I have been to there has been personable and kind. I am NOT trying to dis anyone, so please don't troll!

My kids see Laurie Anderson with UVP in Orem. I love her to pieces. I also really like UVP because they have after hours. Laurie is a fantastic PCP. I see Lisa Hall with Central Utah Clinic in Orem, and think she's just amazing. Both Laurie and Lisa ar e wonderful, compassionate people, and take excellent care of my kids and myself. My husband and I see Matthews Dental and I love them. They work so hard to keep dental work affordable, and do everything they can to work with you on payments. I like that they have TVs on the ceiling and no extra charge laughing gas. They are also super friendly and try so hard to relieve any anxiety you may have before a procedure. For dentist we have seen Bart Gardiner at family first dentistry here in the ranches for 10 years. I love him and his staff. I trust his work and he knows my jaw and it's quirks and is willing to work around them and not force me beyond what I can do i n a single visit. Very kind and thorough and great sense of humor when appropriate. (My son is a Bart also, it's been fun.) My husband's doctor is Dr coy at ihc instacare in ss. He's great but getting hard to get in to see, a couple of weeks booked out these days. I see Shelly Ebert at American fork internal medicine by af hospital. She's wonderful. Listens, concerned, compassionate, knowledgeable, pushes when I need her to, gets me to do things I really should but don't necessarily want to because I'm lazy or scared. Just all around excellent.

We love Hart Dental. They have a great staff and we love Dr Hart. they have fit us in within a half hour in emergency situations. They have flexible hours so you can get an early morning or evening appointment.

Dr. Sean McMannus in Saratoga Springs is fabulous. Nice office personnel as well. His office is the building just north of Kneaders. For dentist, we all love Bart Gardner in Eagle Mountain. He is the best, most careful and skilled dentist we have e ver gone to. I've had two other dental offices in Saratoga Springs that have done great damage, and Dr. Gardner was able to correct their shabby work. He is honest and will tell you what options you have. He doesn't push you to make the most expensive decision. He leaves that up to you. And they both take new patients. Dr. Gardner's practice is called Family First Dentistry.

Dr McCune for pediatrics at Utah Valley Peds which is behind Smith's now in am office building. Their location is tiny at the moment but they ate going to be moving into a new nicer location soon. I think the flower said this summer.

My kids see Dr. Foster or Pavich at Alpine Pediatrics here in Saratoga Springs, the family Dentist is Dr. Gordon with Gordon Family Dental in Lehi (he is fabulous with my 5 year old and 10 year old) and my 7 year old who has major anxiety issues and needs heavy sedation for dental work goes to The Dental Barn in Eagle Mountain - they are great with her.

Eagle Vision is the absolute best optometrist I have seen. And I have been in glasses since I was eight. Also great with my kid.

Dr Embley at Revere Health is amazing and very much flexible to what you want in regards to his care. I had a surgery most doctors would not agree with and he has been supportive and helpful in all my after care. I really like how he is with the kids and he has so much patience!

I love Dr. McCune......I'm not crunchy, so I don't know how he deals withthat, but he has always been so supportive of me, and has always had a 'Mom knows best' approach....

I like Alpine Pediatrics, but to be a patient they require your kids be up to date with immunizations - not sure if it conflicts with being "crunchy":), but I thought it was worth mentioning.

I recently stopped taking my kids to Alpine Pediatrics and take them to the family care doctor, Embley, at Revere Health. The relationship he has developed with my kids and his approach in general is very family focused. I like his respect toward my ideas and in general.

I did not like Alpine Peds at all. Maybe it was an off day for them, but several things happened that were enough for me to not go back again. They did not listen to me at all.

Dr Hooton in American fork is open on Saturdays. He's an eye doctor.

Dr. Barney at Eage Vision is open some saturdays. Call his office at 789-3937 to schedule an appointment. He does kids exams too! He's located in where the ice cream shop used to be

We have loved Dr. Hart. Just east of the Chevron in the ranches. Also out of the same building is a great Orthodontist, Dr. Nance. They work very well together if you need braces.

I love Dr Gardner to he has been wonderful with my kids.

We love Dr. McCune for our children and my husband and I see Dr. Coy, both in Saratoga Springs. We are somewhat new to the area too so that is all I know!

Oh yes!! Dr Srinivasan! She is in Riverton Hospital!! One of the finest Drs I have ever had!

We love Dr Moskowitz and Dr Foster. I work next door to Dr Pete and I worked with Dr Foster for a while. They are both so concerned about the kids even when they aren't in the office. We also love Greenwood dental.

Dr. Christensen in Saratoga Springs is excellent. We take our kids to Alpine Pediatrics by Smiths.

Dr. Coy and Dr. McCune here too...Dr. Matthews in Saratoga Springs has been our family dentist for 5 + years.

Dr Christiansen is the best. He's at the IHC Instacare facility just WSW of Walmart, along SR73. He's very friendly, knowledgable, and the best thing about him is that he cares and takes time. You're not an appointment and a timeslot for him. He is very hands on and I recommend him very highly. He's also a pediatrician if I'm not mistaken.

Since you're talking about denitists, stay far, far away from Young Family Dental. Awful, charge you for things you didn't do, and we had to get our insurance fraud investigators on their case (with findings that they overbilled).

Alpine Pediatrics all the way. We really like Dr. Edwards there. There's a dentist here in the ranches by village pizza.

Dr. Coy--IHC family practice, he delivered our most recent baby too, great guy, good doc--my husband actually goes to the doctor when he needs to now! We also love Dr. McCune for the peds, his staff is awesome too. We are really lucky to see people so close that are so friendly and good.

Greenwood Dental just to the north of Walgreens. They are excellent!

Dr. Moskowitz; he's in Draper but worth the drive. My kids play "Dr. Pete" for weeks afterward.

We see Dr. Gardiner. But if your insurance doesn't cover him, then I'm not much help. However, since I totally know how important the relationship with your dentist is I would suggest going in and meeting with each one. Spend time getting a feel for the office. I cannot imagine any of them not letting you do that.

Dr. Gardiner is awesome! If he's covered on your insurance I would go to him but for little ones I would go to the Dental Barn. That's where my grandson goes. They are good and it's fun for him with all of kid stuff they have there

We are huge Dr. Hart fans! He is close by and does great with kids and adults. We have had various work done their and been very pleased.

Dr Jeremy Matthews has been our whole family's dentist for the past 5 years too. He and his staff are great with the kids (ranging from 8-3).

We would recommend Dr. Martin for the kids! He is the best! We used to go to Dr. Hart, but didn't care for the office staff so we stopped going there. Our son has had two fillings break that were done at Dr. Hart's office:( Good luck!

I would stay away from Stonehaven. They said I need a ton of work done right away. When I got a second opinion I didn't even have a single cavity.

Adult or child? Dr. Barton Sloan at South Hills Pediatric Dental is AMAZING!!!! They are just off Bangerter and 13400 (well worth the drive!) Seriously fabulous! They are teamed up with an orthodontist too. If this is for a kiddo, I would definitely check him out!

We had a horrible experience with Hart Dental so don't go there. My fillings came out a few times and they left my daughter alone in the chair while she almost gagged to death. Horrible experience. Also Stone Haven had become horrible as well - too much of a "corporation". We are looking for a good new dentist to go to as well. We liked Family First and loved them but they don't take our insurance sadly

Yes, all 6 month check ups have been free w/a bitewings once a year and a full scan every 2 or 3, and they cover it- if your insurance doesn't. I think we paid around 90 last time my husband had a few cavities. (someone doesn't like to floss) I have heard many people on here say that Mathew's is a favorite as well..our ortho is Dr. Nord.

I've had poor experiences at Young Family Dental, same with several friends.

I have yet to find one. They all just tell me they have a great option called Care Credit.

Dr. Heath Blake does. It is best if you arrange that beforehand, but these things are typically emergency based and I've never had issues with them making a payment plan in the past. He is in Pleasant Grove but absolutely worth the drive. 801.785.8308

Matthews Dental is great for working out payment plans. They work with you before with the pre treatment plan and let you know how much everything costs. They also have a special discount plan for people with no insurance.

Elite dental in AF by hobby lobby did a 90 day with us. However their work was shoddy and their staff was rude. And they did unauthorized work at the time of service. We ended up having to go elsewhere to get the work fixed so I wouldn't recommend them.

I love Gordon Family Dental in Lehi. He has tv screens above the chairs so you can watch a movie while they are doing work.

One more for Mountainland Pediatric Dentistry. My son has Sensory Processing Disorder, and many of the things that happen at normal dentists would have been really hard for them. Before the dentist even looked at his mouth he talked to me about my son, and what would be the best way to help him. Nobody pushed him farther than he was comfortable, and came to where he was comfortable, so that he would have a positive experience, and not be scarred emotionally. They were able to get x-rays, look in his mouth, and a fluoride treatment. That appointment went FAR better than I ever expected, my son left so proud of himself, and willing to go back. I can't say enough good things about Jared and his staff. They were incredible.

Dr. Jared Pearson at Mountainland Pediatric Dentistry in Lehi. We have been going to him for about 5 years now. Was originally referred to his office for my daughter that has a severe pain phobia and needed a crown. Has been absolutely amazing with her (and our boys). I know a lot of people with special needs children go to him because he is able to calm their fears, lets them know exactly what he is doing at all times, gains their trust and never ever expects them to tough it out to get through it. His philosophy is to empower the kids to have control over what is going on and through a lot of praise and patience, gains their trust to have them be ok with doing the work that needs to be done. Cannot recommend a more professional, fun or gentle dentist.

Dr. Mandelaris in Lindon children's Conner. He is amazing with children and also trained in treating children with special needs and medical complications he is amazing.

I took Trevor to Burg Dentistry in Lehi and they were great! I honestly couldn't believe how well Trevor did. He had a baby root canal and did amazing.

I heard that Stonehaven in AF is good... havent been yet. I know Darren Gardner is an awesome guy and his wife is amazing, he is in Provo. Look up Darren Gardner, DDS on here

No, do not go to Stonehaven. They like to over-diagnose and do not listen to your questions. They seem annoyed when you ask them anything. I now go to Hart Dental here in EM and really like it.
