Honestly, the next time you're there and they're sold out of them, consider a bag of meringues. Also, they can get sold out because there really isn't any legit competition to them in the city in terms of quality. As a fellow Southsider, the struggle is real and I feel your pain. Considering this is menstruation related though, you may find some comfort in a sweet bread at Cob's or if you're out West, T&T isn't bad.

Sundays are their busy days. Most of the time I'm in after work during the week though there are macarons left over at 6/7 pm.
