God no he's not! He pulled out my I teeth without deadening them when I was 8 and told me if I screamed he'd ask my mom if he could spank me. Don't take her to him. Try Dental Depot in Yukon, they are really good but you may have to wait an hour or so past your appointment time since they allow walk-ins.
