My wife and I go to Second Skin in Charleroi. Del (owner / artist) is about as professional as they come. His wife (Sandy) helps set up all appointments and is always available to sit down with you and go through all ideas you may have and help you with whatever tattoo you have in mind. Couldn't see myself going anywhere else with how professional and down to earth both of them are.

That place in elizabeth is open? I have never seen a soul in there I assumed it had been closed down, but there is a lot of great artist around it all depends on the style of work u want done, your best bet is to look at artists pages and see who's work appeals to u the most ., this is more of a realistic,non cartoon style artist Michael Patrick . you will have to look up his location tho I think he just opened a new shop in Dormont area .
