I lived out there in the 80s & used to go back & visit friends in the 90s & early 2000s. Some has changed I'm sure, but I know some things haven't. MOST DEFINITELY plan to go to Calistoga to 1 of the many mud bath/spas. My fav was always 'The Calistoga Spa'- they have FB pg. They're all pretty comparable in price, but some are funkier, this one's nicer. DO the mud bath! there's a basic routine, but I'd definitely add the massage after. And use the pools outside after! They have a soaking pool, jacuzzi & lap pools; I'd use them all back & forth. There are tons of wineries for tastings on Hwy 29, the main road, & smaller ones on Silverado Trail (parallel road) & also smaller ones on side roads between 29 & Silverado. My fav little winery is Sattui on 29. Lovely wines, picnic area & great deli inside to take picnic outside. Or you can stop in Yountville Gen Store at beginning of Napa- FABULOUS high end deli- to make picnic basket. Sterling Vineyards on 29 has a glass gondola where you can ride up & down & have great all around views of Napa. Have fun! Post pix here please!

Healdsburgh, best wine comes from that area of the valley!! It's a must see, and Bodega Bay. Went to culinary school out there.. It's beautiful.
