I never had to use a pediatrician, thankfully, so I don't know personally. But the CHOICE or BORN midwives should know. My dd uses Dr. Ben Almasanu & Dr. Katheleen Costlow in Gahanna 614-471-0652. Not sure how natural minded they are though, but she likes them.

Dr. Sant is wonderful..but does not accept any state insurance if that is a factor in any consideration. All of the other physicians that have been mentioned in this stream do on a limited basis..OSU accepts almost everything by way of private or state insurances, either as in or out of network.

Deborah Fuerth was my son's doctor and she, along with her staff is awesome. I wouldn't go to anyone else. We interviewed many docs and I worked at Peacehealth/Sacred Heart for 12 years.

I love Dr. Hemsley. He is very attentive. Very nice. Kylee loves him too. She's been with him since she was one.

Dr Huffman, McKenzie pediatrics Awesome guy super funny and been personable.

Dr. Sanderson is a good one but you'll want to call and see if she has any spots open for new patients

Dr. Dunphy is wonderful, but our favorite doctor is Dr. Howard Stein with Urgent Care..he is very caring and very through!!! If you need someone right away go to Dr. Stein...will have to call Urgent Care to see where he is working on the day you want to see him...

Dr Paul Bouressa at Riverbend. He is down to earth, great with Talon, I never feel like he's rushing, & answers all my questions completely. He has a family of his own (3 or 4 kids, 1 of which is autistic) & is just awesome.

Dr. Fuerth! We switched from our old pediatrician because of a similar issue. She acts like she has all the time in the world. Your mom said Blake's feeling better, so glad!

We go to Dr. Wong at Barger. She's been great with Elisabeth and all her health problems.

Hukari and Hoffman at Mckenzie Peds. They have hospital privileges as well I believe

WE love Dr. Barstow. She is our Ped. When she is out we see Dr. Benda. They are at the Barger clinic. They both spend time with you and are very personable. Dr Benda's wife is Dr. Bradshaw and she is wonderful as well.

He really does care. He would even remember events in our life from visit to visit. He would ask how our jobs and life were going and he connected with the kids. He has a young family of his own with 4 (?) kids. He is with Oregon Medical Group.

Dr. Benda at the barger clinic if your kid has any mental health issues. He is a specialist in ADHD, and child medication.

Corey and I love Dr. John Holtzapple at PeaceHealth Barger Clinic for our daughter Julianna. He loves kids and is very caring. He is also our PCP as well. He takes care of all three of us which is great! Even though he works with all ages he loves to work with children and he takes the time to listen and talk.

I have been with dr Paul Bouressa since the girls were born. He is great and is at the pavilion at riverbend. He is very nice and will answer all ur questions and tells u his opinion .

Sarah Holexa--University District. She is wonderful. She takes her time, does her research and listens to the kids/parents. I love her dearly! She takes such great care of my family, and that is a tall order to say the least.:)

Dr. John Dunphy was my ped when I was little, as well as all my siblings. He was Ryan's ped when we lived in Oregon and he's the ped for my niece and nephews in Eugene. He's amazing. I just love him!

i used to go to Dr.Laura Sanderson, her husband was the bio teacher at sheldon shes so nice and shes with Oregon Medical Group. I wish i could still go to her but she kicked me out for being too old! lol. she is at the crescent ave office.

I lived in Gresham when I had lily... She was the pediatrician at the hospital that day and she was the best! Idk if you want to travel to Gresham but her name is Stephanie Neumeyer.. Spelling might be a bit off.. But the office is metropolitan pediatrics... They also have a clinic in Happy Valley but she was in Gresham and we LOVED her.. Haven't been able to find one as good as her in Texas yet

My sister, my brother and I all went to DR. Valarde over across Delta from Valley River! He was amazing. I'd still see him if I could. haha

Peace Health just notified a huge number of staff they are being laid off. Including mamapickle. Its not a very happy place to be. Definitely recommend you find a new place for now. Sorry!

We love Eugene Pediatrics, Pilar Bradshaw is our ped and they have two other great peds. Most importantly, dealing with their office staff is pleasant, not awful.

Robert Velarde's nurse practitioners were great with Kalee. She still goes there and she's 21! (time to find her another dr but hard when they know her so well!)

Dr. Sanderson at OMG next to Shopko. They have an after hours clinic too. When ever my kids need to be seen that day or the next they get them in. I never have to wait in the waiting room for more than 15 min. Its awesome!

We love Dr. Kevin Marks as well!

Bruce Strimling is ours. He may be retiring at the end of the year. I like most OMG Doctors. I really like being able to go to after hours on weekdays and weekends. Dr. Strimling let me know that OMG is getting some great Drs. Moving here soon. I trust his recomendations when he finally decides to retire.

I love Debbie Fuerth but she does work part-time so I don't get to see her every time. That said, I like several other people in the practice so I don't mind too much. She is actually at Peace Health University Campus (the old hospital).

Eugene Pediatrics is the BEST! I saw Pilar Bradshaw there for MANY years...Even these days, when I'm in town and have a bug or something, she'll still let me come in even though I've "aged out" ...She is amazing. I never had long wait time, they would always fit me in last minute, and they have great bedside manner. She always spent time listening and was never in a rush to get me out. By far the best doctor I have ever seen. I saw Lauren Herbert before I started going to Dr.Bradshaw and she was great too. Both good options!

I have heard really good things about Eugene pediatrics, all my kids went to Valley childrens clinic Dr. Young is amazing.

Well I'm the odd ball and I send my son to Oregon Medical Group Valley Children's Clinic. We see Dr. Hemsley. We love him I was able to set up an interview with him before Hayden was born and go over everything I was concerned about.

Love Lauren Herbert with Peacehealth Pediatrics. She's been our pediatrician for 17 years. She started out with Velarde years ago. She has a wonderful bedside manner and amazing diagnostic skills. As an added bonus, she is also an infectious disease specialist.

Maddie goes there Everyone we have seen there was great. But I think Dr. Velarde retired lol
