Kara Volle! She's our photographer and she's sooo on top of it. We had all of our engagement photos in 6 days and I love them. She's quick to answer emails and is a wealth of knowledge. We have her for 8 hrs the day of for $2500. She's the second vendor we booked (after the venue) and I'm so excited for our wedding photos! If she isn't available, I think I still have a spreadsheet with most of the photographers we considered and we were looking in the same price point

We got married at Dreams Riviera Cancun in Riviera Maya. Absolutely beautiful. Incredibly family friendly. Most there were with family. They have a kids program, movies on the beach, shows, etc. Wonderful service/food. Beautiful place! Best of luck and have fun searching!

Hard Rock Hotel in the Dominican Republic (you fly into Punta Cana). Unlike Mexico, it is totally safe to venture out and leave the resort. There were more families w/ kids there than anywhere we've been. Plus, the rooms, spa & golf were great!
