We use Swat Pest and LOVE them!!!! They saved me from having an anxiety attack over the ants we had! We pay $30 a month, they come out throughout the year, quarterly I believe and spray all in and outside the house and also come out anytime no charge if we ever need them. I saw one ant one day, called them and told them and they were out in no time....again no charge.
