Dr. Safa has been my primary .. than the insurance changed, so 1 year without her... now insurance back to Horizon.. she takes.. and you get any bloodwork done in the lab downstairs.. you don't have go to the Labcore...

I use Dr Batarseh. He is open every Saturday till 2 pm. 201 797 2003. Call the office and ask about insurance. He's in a brand new building

I use Valley Health Medical on Goffle Rd in Hawthorne. I like all the doctors there

Dr. Arbitt on Broadway is very nice. There are other docs in the group including Resnick and Zulkowitz.

I also recommend Dr. Baterseh. AWESOME. Went to him for years before moving to Fla.

I use Dr. Lazito. Highly recommended.

We like Dr. Nike in Fair Lawn. He is young but seems to have enough experience. He will fit you in that day if you are sick. The office has specialists too and a lab. They have their own parking lot and the office staff is very nice.

I go to Dr. Al-Ola at Valley Medical Group in Waldwick NJ They have hours until 9, they take walk ins if you need to. He is my favorite but if I have to see another doctor I have never been disappointed. They are very friendly

Medical Multispeciaty Associates. Verdant Ave and Saddle River Road. The Practice includes a Geriatric Specialist (Dr. Sameer Niak), a Cardiologist, (Dr. Brad Herman) and a Gastroenterologist ( Dr. Jeffrey Lefkowitz). They also partner with an Audiologist (Dr. Gary Hilt). My entire family USA this practice as do many of my friends. Very thorough and nice staff. They take most insurance as well as Medicare. Just a suggestion, you may want to consider a visiting physician. If not now, then in the future. As dementia progresses, it can be more challenging to get to the doctor, and they may get restless in the waiting room. I have no affiliation with the agency in the link, it’s just a group I’ve referred a lot of patients (I’m a visiting nurse) and they’ve had good success. Call AARP NURSES

I use The Valley Health Medical Group, Dr. Al-Ola is my favorite. They see new people all the time and if there is an emergency any doctor can see you and they have your chart. I have never had a doctor I didn't like. They are located on Franklin Tpk in Waldwick (straight up Maple Ave to Franklin Tpk.) If you look online they have other locations. And if it is just for a cold I go to the walk in at the Shop Rite in Oakland. No appt. necessary. Wonderful people there

I go to the doctors at The Valley health group in Hawthorne on Goffle Rd. I like Dr Wilson the best but every doctor there is really nice and wonderful bedside manners. I don't know if you use The Valley Hospital but they have a doctor reference phone numger you can call aand they help you find doctors. They haven't steered me wrong once. Good Luck

I cried when my insurance pulled me away from Dr Nina Safa. So did my husband. We have found no one else like her.

Dr Kavalar, internist, Dr Kashkin allergist, Lin Vickner gyno All terriffic. Zvi Marans Cardiologist..my daughter goes to him but you need to check if he does adults too. Dr. Michael Gross is a rhuematologist but handles allergies as well I believe.

Dr Irina Anshelevic at forest health care in Paramus, that's the medical building on the corner where spring valley road and forest ave come together. I have nj horizon, she takes it. I think she's amazing. Her husband, Michael Anshelevic is a cardiologist at westwood cardiology, they have an office at Hackensack hospital medical center, and his practice takes nj horizon. Would not go to Dr. Wilson at Valley Health ever again. She was both nasty to me and of no help at all when I had questions about a treatment she prescribed despite being told I had a medical history of bad reactions to the medication. At that clinic. it's really the luck of the draw, as I would have an appointment with one doctor and be seen by another who was totally unfamiliar the with previous visit and hadn't bothered to even read the case notes. One doctor even admitted he hadn't read them to me. There was no continuity there, ever.

I just went through all and couldn't see her for a year because of insurance... finally we had Horizon Blue Cross & Blue Shield... I will ask around.... I would recommend the Valley Health Group. I use the group in Teaneck but I suspect the group on Goffle Road is fine. They participate in most of the health plans. Call and find out.

Dr. Forward in mine hill! Great guy and spends a lot time with you. Really good with holistic interventions. Doesn't jump to prescribing meds right away. I like him a lot. His nurse practitioner is Karen cook! She's great as well
