Dr. William Mcgrath is awesome, he delivers at Baptist Nassau. I had 2 of my 3 kids at Baptist Nassau and he handled everything when i miscarried. He is amazing and his wife is too she works in the office in Fernandina. And the stay at the hospital is very comfortable and amazing. He has 3 separate offices call his office in yulee to set the appt. (904) 321-0064

Dr N Wilkes...she delivers at the new Baptist South. Not only is she an amazing doctor but that hospital was the best I've ever been to. Very clean, safety for you and baby is great. Staff is extremely nice and very knowledgeable on every question I asked. I live about 25 min from Dr Wilkes office and 35 from that hospital but every doctor visit and delivery at Baptist south was worth it! Hope you find someone you like... good luck!!!

Memorial Hospital is the worst! Trust me you wanna deliver at St. Lukes (which is St. Vincents now). I know a lot about this, as I'm planning on going to midwifery school. A Place For Women and Dr. Kimberly Vanscriver is amazing, I saw her with my twin pregnancy. Good luck to you

south side women's on Emerson. They deliver at uf shands which is becoming one of the more natural friendly hospitals in the city with the lowest c. Section rate. Cindy Williams is an awesome midwife!!!!!

As someone else said...Ann Mcgrath is a midwife, her husband Dr. McGrath is an OB/GYN and Dr. Keuster is another female doctor in the practice. So 2 out of 3 are female and you make the appointment with who you want to see. I typically see Ann but have seen her husband a few times during a pregnancy and also saw Dr. Keuster.

Exactly. This happened on my second yearly visit. Had not been asked to sign one the year before....and it was after I was undressed, not while I was registering. I had made the appt. several weeks in advance. They could have sent something of this nature in the mail, so I could have had any attorney look it over beforehand. I liked Dr. Kuester but didn't go back after this experience.

Love Dr. McGrath. Been going to him for the last 12 years. He only does what's necessary and doesn't perform procedures just to make $. He also has an office in Yulee on route 17 and one in fernadina near the hospital. I highly recommend him. He is only in the Oceanway office Tuesday mornings.

Dr. Halperin is by far the best! He called me personally throughout my pregnancy anytime something was up. His nurses are also the best I have ever had. I had a high risk pregnancy and I honestly think if it wasn't for him monitoring me so closely I would have had another preemie. My sisters sees Dr. McGrath and she likes him but always complains about the wait.

I ve used several around N Fl, but after having some bad experiences locally I went to Jax to Dr Phelan s office in Riverside . There are male and female doctors there and all are compassionate and thorough. It s worth the drive.
