Michaels hair school (behind MI salon) will do little girls hair, nails and makeup. Cost $10 I think. I did it for all 3 of my girls when they turned 5 or 6 and all the guests wore "princess" or dress up clothes and we went to larosas for pizza and cake after. The little girls loved it. But I think it would be great for any age. The hair school students get to practice on the little girls. Ava was at my now 11 year olds part when she was 5:).
