I suggest trying out one of Linda Shipman Holderness classes. She teaches tabata at FeltnerPersonal Training. It’s basically a circuit of multiple exercises for only 30-40 sec at a time. You get a 10 sec break in between exercises. It would be a great starter class for you to try. 1 st class is free. All the women there are absolutely encouraging and non judgmental.
