Endodontic Associates of Irving, Dr Sigalas. I've had 2 there and he did a great job. Apparently I'm a tough case too. I called every endodontist on my network and they had the best prices. Still not cheap but I saved a considerable amount. He is very kind, patient, receptive, and never hurt me beyond the stick of the anesthetic.

Dr. Patel is a fantastic doctor and person! Hard to go wrong there...

If you’ve already had it treated once most any regular dentist will refer you to a specialist at this point for a retreat. Dr Brown in Highland Village is great, as well as Dr Patel in Flower Mound. If it were me I’d run away from a regular dentist who said they could do it themselves!! ( I’ve worked in the dental community here for 18 yrs)

Thank you Lauren Schneider Robins! I just called my daughter. This is encouraging. She is very nervous. She went in for a cleaning with Dr. Barge. She was told she needed two crowns and two fillings. She had the fillings and the temp crowns done. Went back for the crowns to be installed. She had so much sensitivity that Dr. Barge sent her to Dr. Patel. He said she needs two root canals and another crown. Needless to say, she is very upset. It is reassuring to hear your input and that of Amanda Shaw. Thank you!

OMG….I was just going to ask if anyone has been to Dr. Patel in Carrolton for a root canal. My daughter was referred to him on Monday by Dr. Laurie Barge. She was told she needs 2 root canals.

I had a root canal 12 years ago and it has now cracked and become infected. Dr. Patal at Dental Depot pulled the tooth today and will be putting an implant in over the next few months. He told me that many dentists are skipping root canals all together and going for the implants from the start. We have been going to them since they opened and love the dentists (husband sees Dr. Cana) and the staff.
