Bradley is an Uber/Lyft driver that also offers personal transportation with his own personal transportation service. John Morales also does the same. I think there are a few others that do it as well. And yes depending on the time your try to locate an Uber/Lyft driver, because they are on location proximity service, there may not be a driver except the higher priced Black Car option.
