Go to Pro Med in the old Phoenix mall and see Dr. Sheikha. 2 weeks ago I went in with a pinched nerve in my back and the pain ran all down my left arm all the way to my wrist. Severe pain. He gave me some pills and within just a couple days I was much better. 2 weeks later I have no pain at all.

I use Dr. Josh Seubold in fort smith...he's pretty awesome! Went in cuz I had neck pain for the past yr that even physical therapy didnt help & after 2 months I had no neck pain at all...been seeing him almost a yr now & he's great!

It's not really Fort Smith area, but I went to a great chiropractor here in Fayetteville! Millennium Chiropractic. He's also a sports medicine guy so he gives you physical therapy type exercises to do. With army insurance I paid a $26 co-pay and that's it.
