I have used Tom Dermody of Goodfriends Plumbing for years. (Pittstown) A number of years ago the pipe that connects to the shower head broke, leaking water through our ceiling,into our basement. I called a number of local plumbers and he was the ONLY one who called me back and came out that very same day to repair it.
